The administrator of personal data collected via the website is Dromaxx sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 37-300. Kłodzko, Stefana Okrzei 2 street, Poland, registered in the Central Registration and Information on Business, identified by NIP: 883 185 31 75, REGON: 021834430.


Personal data will be processed for the purpose of preparing a specific offer, analyzing the website for the need to prepare an offer, analyzing marketing channels for reaching the company by the customer, ordering services via the website, direct, telephone and online marketing regarding the company’s own products and services, the so-called legally justified interest of the entrepreneur.
Data for these purposes will be processed pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter B), c), and f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”

After expressing separate consent, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR, data may also be processed for the purpose of sending commercial information electronically in accordance with Art. 10 section 2 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services.

If it is necessary to deliver an order, personal data may be made available to postal operators or carriers only for the purpose of delivering the order (contract or other materials sent by post). Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to the electronic payment operator selected by the Customer in the process of placing the Order, to the extent necessary to process payment for the Order. Personal data processed for purposes related to the preparation of a specific offer, analysis of a loan agreement, development agreement, service order will be processed for the period necessary to execute the contract and order, each offer or analysis of a loan agreement, development agreement, after which the data subject to archiving will be stored for a period applicable to the limitation period for claims, i.e. 10 years. Personal data processed for marketing purposes covered by the declaration of consent will be processed until the consent is withdrawn.

If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, providing marked personal data is a condition for signing the mandate contract, and the consequence of not providing it will be the inability to send contracts for analysis.

The administrator takes special care to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that the data collected by him is:

  • processed in accordance with the law,
  • collected for specified, lawful purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with these purposes,
  • substantively correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing


The data subject has the right to access his or her personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of grounds consent before its withdrawal.

The Service Provider’s website uses “Cookie” files. No changes to the browser settings on the part of the Service Recipient are tantamount to consent to their use.

The installation of “Cookie” files is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Service Provider’s website. Cookie files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, in particular those requiring authorization.

The website uses three types of cookies: “session”, “persistent” and “analytical”

“Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the Service User’s end device until they leave the website.

The Administrator applies technical and organizational measures to ensure protection of processed personal data appropriate to the threats and categories covered by protection, and in particular protects data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, removal by an unauthorized person, processing in violation of applicable regulations, and change, loss, damage or destruction.

The Service Provider provides appropriate technical measures to prevent unauthorized persons from obtaining and modifying personal data sent electronically.

In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 shall apply accordingly. /EC (GDPR) and other relevant provisions of Polish law.
